Your story
can stay with you.
You don’t need to share a private memory to ask about a commission.
At the first inquiry
The form asks for your name and email, who the moment is for, an optional description and why it stayed with you, and your preferred aspect ratio (9:16 or 16:9). You can leave the aspect ratio undecided. References are requested after the first conversation, if useful. You can inquire without sharing a memory. Providing information is voluntary; without contact details we cannot reply. There is no photograph upload or payment field. Avoid sensitive information and identifying details about other people.
Tell me your moment sends the form fields to the site server and saves them in the private Three Frames commission tracker. A receipt message appears only after the server confirms storage. We attempt a confirmation email through Resend and a minimal alert to the owner. Resend processes the recipient email addresses, inquiry reference and message content; email providers may retain messages and delivery logs. We do not send your memory, why it stayed with you or other creative material in these notifications. Changing your aspect-ratio preference preserves the other fields on the page. Email delivery is not guaranteed, and failed sends are not automatically retried. Clear fields removes unsent values from this page, not a record already submitted. For safe retries, this tab stores a random inquiry reference and a 24-hour expiry in browser session storage, when available—not your name, email or memory. Your browser may have its own autofill or session-recovery behavior.
How the inquiry is stored
Three Frames, based in Israel, uses the information to respond and arrange a commission. Inquiry details, including any optional memory, are stored in the owner-only commission tracker, hosted on Cloudflare through Sites. Unanswered inquiries are flagged for owner review after 30 days. Nothing is automatically deleted: the owner checks whether the inquiry can be removed or must remain for a valid administrative or record-keeping reason. Accepted or paid projects need separate review. Deletion from the active tracker does not erase exports, email or provider backups. If you later correspond by email, your email provider and ours process those messages. Hosting and sign-in providers may also process routine connection or access information. We do not add you to marketing from an inquiry.
Payment stays separate
After the proposal is agreed, payment is arranged through PayPal, outside the creative intake. Do not include your memory or sensitive details in payment notes. PayPal processes and retains transaction information under its own privacy statement; those records are not covered by any creative-file deletion arrangement.
Your optional memory and further material
The optional memory is used to understand and discuss your inquiry. It is not automatically submitted to a generative service. Before production or sharing further private material, we agree the creative brief, processing providers, access and retention arrangements in writing. We can use a de-identified description: no photograph, real names or identifying detail is required to make the work. Do not send other people’s personal information without authority.
Your story and commissioned work are not used in the public journal or portfolio without separate permission.
What we do not promise
The current service does not offer verified zero retention, automatically expiring delivery links or a certificate of erasure. Email providers, hosting logs, backups and necessary administration prevent us from honestly promising that every copy disappears within 48–72 hours.
Any future limited-retention option must describe what is deleted, what records remain and the actual deadline before you choose it. No countdown is displayed unless it is enforced.
Your files and your choices
Keep a copy and backup of your delivered work when it is delivered. Any actual download deadline will be agreed beforehand. Necessary accounting or dispute records may have to remain even when creative files are deleted. Your statutory rights are not waived.
For questions, access to information held about you, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact connect@three-frames.com. Three Frames is the controller of the inquiry information it receives.
